Our team – a collective of bright, passionate, and purposeful individuals – drive our ability to make a difference. Each project has been a unique challenge, requiring us to listen deeply, co-create with communities, understand and translate lived experience into strategies that achieve meaningful outcomes. From helping individuals to make small decisions towards a journey of change, to tackling systemic issues with bold ideas, we’ve seen the profound impact of our work in ways that inspire us each day.
Our journey: from student wellbeing to national campaigns
Magpie started with a simple idea and a shared passion. Becky and Ged met working on wellbeing campaigns for students, and loved seeing the real impact of their creative ideas. One late night, Ged said, “We should do this ourselves,” and just like that, Magpie was born, a partnership with big ambitions to make a difference.
From the start, their complementary strengths shaped the agency: Ged with his drive for bold ideas, Becky with her focus on making things happen. Together, they built a culture rooted in collaboration, insight, and impact; proving that creativity and dedication can spark real change.
