At Magpie, we believe that effective communication can shift behaviours and create healthier, happier communities. Whether it’s improving public health, tackling inequalities, or accelerating progress towards net zero, our campaigns are designed to make a measurable difference. We’re now looking for a Campaign Manager to join our team and help deliver purposeful, values-led campaigns that bring creativity, collaboration, and evidence together.

About the role
As Campaign Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of behaviour change marketing campaigns from start to finish – from insight and scoping through to delivery, reporting, and evaluation. You’ll be the bridge between clients and the Magpie team, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and on budget.
It’s a role that requires excellent organisation, clear communication, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be confident managing relationships, writing and proofreading campaign materials, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure results align with objectives.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• A strong communicator, adaptable across clients and internal teams
• A natural collaborator who builds positive relationships with ease
• Proactive in problem-solving, spotting risks early and finding solutions
• Detail-oriented, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all deliverables
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and resilient, bringing energy to every project
• Eager to learn from our experienced team and grow your career
Experience in a marketing, comms or creative agency is required, as is your ability to balance client needs with creativity and commercial awareness.
