The Magpie nest is expanding! We are currently looking for a passionate, ambitious and detail-orientated graduate to join our client services team, supporting on the delivery of projects for our clients.
It is an exciting time to be part of Magpie; we are winning bigger contracts, gaining more exposure and are working on a huge variety of campaigns. As Account Coordinator you will work in the client services team, supporting on the administration and delivery of projects for clients.
Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, preparing client service-related documents such as meeting agendas, time plans and project status reports, preparing project quotes, filing project assets, and assisting with the coordination of briefs in the studio.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communications skills, a high level of organisation, and is detail-orientated in their work, attending the needs of clients and supporting the team in seeking ways to add value to our client relationships.
