How we do it

Real people and their insights are what make and inspire us. Real and lasting change is only possible if we engage across societies, cultures and neighbourhoods to properly understand how creative communication can make a difference. We start from a principle of co-creation; that only by working together can we make change possible for anyone, anywhere.

Our behaviour change and intervention formula has been developed over two decades by our sector-leading behavioural scientists, creatives and campaigners. It is proven to achieve change and positive impact.

Our company

We trust and support each other, care about each other and work together. Everything we do is collaborative, creative and co-created. At Magpie, our team are:

  • Always listening, awake and aware
  • Creative and proud of it
  • Champions of unheard voices and makers of positive change
  • Sector-leading experts
  • Possibility enablers
  • Respectful of strength through diversity
