We’re over the moon to be finalists in the 2014 National Undergraduate Employability (NUE) Awards. We’ve been shortlisted for the award for Top Small to Medium-sized Undergraduate Employer.

Undergraduates have always been a vital part of our team and, over the past four years, we’ve offered 28 students a work or project placement with us and taken on 6 student apprentices in Leeds and Manchester – a total of 34. Six of these 34 students have gone on to receive contracts with us.

Our students are an ambitious bunch and we value being able to give them the opportunity to build up their skills in a real work setting to help them on their way after university. It’s also important to us because students are at the core of what we do. It’s mutually beneficial; students gain valuable experience and we gain valuable insight to help us deliver the best possible results to our clients.

We’ll be dressed in our finest to attend the awards event on 7th March. Watch this space and wish us luck! See Eleanor’s interview, a former student who now works for us on a permanent basis, below.
