Now in a period of exciting growth we are looking for someone with a proven track record of acting as a ‘client in the office’. The ideal candidate will have solid agency account management experience and will join our expanding Client Services team.
Reflecting the breadth of clients we work with, within education, retail, leisure, charity and public sectors, you will work across integrated accounts acting as a main point of contact between Magpie and our clients, ensuring your projects are delivered on brief and to a consistently high standard.
You have substantial experience managing both print and web development projects, and a clear passion for keeping on top of marketing and digital trends. Being results-driven you’ll keep a constant ear to the ground developing excellent client knowledge, and will be forthcoming with ideas to help your client’s projects and to grow your accounts.
You have previous account management experience in a design, digital or marketing environment. You’ll be confident in liaising with clients, scoping out brief requirements, and managing multiple deadlines and studio resource to deliver projects on time and on budget.
