Research Consultant
As part of the expansion of our Behavioural Insights team, we’re seeking a Research Consultant. This new role will complement our existing team of Psychologists and Behavioural Scientists and work alongside our wider team of campaigners, creatives and community engagers. You will support all aspects of research and evaluation in order to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients including conducting research and analyses related to behavioural science, health psychology and social psychology.
£35 – £40k per annum (depending upon experience)
Research Consultant Recruitment Pack
Researcher
We are expanding our Behavioural Insights team and we’re seeking a Researcher. This new role will complement our existing team of Psychologists and Behavioural Scientists and work alongside our wider team of campaigners, creatives and community engagers. Working with and reporting directly to the Research Consultant you will support all aspects of research and evaluation on behalf of Magpie’s clients in order to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
£25 – 30k per annum (depending upon experience)
Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering strong partnerships. Armed with a deep understanding of our services and the value we offer, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships, and guide potential clients through the journey of collaborating with Magpie. Your skills in strategic thinking and persuasive communication will be vital in securing exciting partnerships that accelerate our growth.
£40- £45k per annum (depending upon experience)

Middleweight Designer
A creative designer is an excellent all-round creative person who can flex their skills as and when required. From coming up with amazing ideas to working out how to execute them and bring them to life you will create original, highly creative design solutions across a broad range of creative projects and campaigns ranging from web design, brand development, social, animation and print ensuring that your work creates impact and supports positive behaviour change. With a strong background in motion design, you’ll bring projects to life using animation. Working on short and long-form animation and video such as social media content, explainer and campaign videos and animated brand idents.
£25-£30k per annum (depending upon experience)
